We want your experience to be perfect from the moment you plan your stay with us, and we know that questions may arise, so we have compiled the most frequently asked questions to help you in your search.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in starts at 15:00 hours. You can check-out until 12:00 hours.
Do you have early check in and late check out?
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of each hotel; you can send us an email to reservas1@terrado.cl to check availability.
Is there a charge for early check-ins and late check-outs?
Early check-in: 1/2 rate subject to availability Late check-out: 1/2 rate subject to availability, without breakfast.
Can I make reservations to dine at the restaurant?
Yes, you can. What are breakfast hours?
Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 10:00 hours, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 to 10:30 hours.
What are lunch hours?
Lunch hours are from 13:00 to 17:00 hours.
What are dinner hours?
Dinner hours are from 18:00 to 22:30 hours.
What are the opening hours for the pool at Terrado Suites Antofagasta?
Outdoor pool: October to March, from 08:00 to 20:00 hours, Mondays from 16:00 hours and Fridays from 14:00 hours (due to maintenance) April to September from 10:00 to 18:00 hours, Mondays from 4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. (due to maintenance)
What are the opening hours for the pool at Terrado Cavancha?
From 8:00 to 18:00 hours.
What are the opening hours for the gym at Terrado Cavancha?
From 8:00 to 20:00 hours
What are the spa and gym hours at Terrado Suites Iquique?
Spa: Available from Mondays to Sundays. Please, schedule your visit with one hour in advance. Gym opens from 06:00 to 23:00 hours.
Can the spa be used by children?
We only have spa in Terrado Suites Iquique and Terrado Suites Antofagasta. The use of the spa is for guests over 16 years of age and must be notified at the hotel's reception desk at least 30 minutes in advance.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Do television sets have Netflix?
Television sets have the option of Netflix. However, the login profile must be personal, since the hotel does not have an account for it.
Can I have breakfast if I am not staying at the hotel?
Of course! On weekends it is possible to have breakfast at the Terrado Suites Iquique, Terrado Suites Antofagasta and Terrado Rancagua hotels. Find our breakfast prices below: -Terrado Suites Antofagasta: CLP$14.800 -Terrado Suites Iquique: CLP$14.800 -Terrado Rancagua: CLP$14.500
Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have rooms equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Do you have a vegan/celiac menu?
It is possible to choose your own breakfast at the buffet, and it is possible to order food suitable for celiac persons. However, each hotel menu will allow you to choose the food that suits your diet.
Do you have a children's area?
There are family areas available to visit, as long as an adult is responsible for the child. We do not have children's playgrounds in any of the hotels.
Can I choose my room?
It is possible to choose the room category that will suit your needs at the time of booking your stay.
How is the hotel’s security?
We have security cameras that will provide safety during your stay, in addition to our new reception desk which is available 24 hours a day, as well as having managers on duty night and day.
Does the hotel have parking?
Terrado Suites Antofagasta has few parking spaces that are subject to availability. Terrado Suites Iquique has few parking spaces, subject to availability. Terrado Club does not have a parking lot, but does have parking in the surrounding area. Terrado Cavancha has a parking lot, subject to availability. Terrado Prat does not have a parking lot, but does have parking in the surrounding area. Terrado Rancagua does have a parking lot, subject to availability.
Do you have extra beds?
No, we do not have extra beds.
How much is the warranty?
The warranty is equivalent to one night.
Where can I book a room?
Booking can be made through the website or by phone to 600 5820 800.
Is it possible to pay the booked room at the reception desk the same day?
The only way to book a room is through the website. If you do not book a room through the website, it is possible that we will not have rooms available upon your arrival.
What are your payment methods?
You can pay with credit card, debit card and cash.
Is it possible to pay with dollars or other currency?
Yes, it is possible. You can exchange Chilean pesos to dollars in-situ.
What is the maximum number of people in a room?
Up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old, sharing the bed with the parents.
Up to what age must a child pay?
Children up to 12 years old will not pay for accommodation in our hotels, as long as they share a room with their parents.
