Terrado Hotel Cavancha reopens its doors for tourists and visitors after its closure due to the pandemic.

Inaugurated in 2015, Terrado Cavancha reopens its doors to the public after a closure during the pandemic, when it was operated by a private company. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Iquique with privileged views of Cavancha Beach, close to the city’s modern and tourist areas. Its 19 floors reflect a concept of brightness, spacious and open areas that invite tourists and travelers to enjoy all the comforts.
“We are happy to be able to reopen and welcome all our corporate clients, travelers, and tourists, as they recognize this hotel as an icon in the city,” comments Jorge Game, General Manager of Terrado Hotels.
The 163-room hotel features an outdoor pool and gym. Additionally, it is just steps away from the casino, the iconic Cavancha Beach, and very close to shopping areas. On the other hand, it offers a varied menu and a wide range of international cocktails.
“We want people to be able to come and enjoy all our spaces, event halls, and of course, the SkyBar — our restaurant located on the 19th floor of the hotel, where you can indulge in top-level cuisine while taking in the best view of the city,” concludes Jorge.

The first hotel opened by the chain was Terrado Club Iquique, in 1994. Then, in 1997, the second hotel, Terrado Suites Iquique, was inaugurated. Following the city’s growing appeal and the success of the hotels, the chain received the National Tourism Merit Award in 1998. Today, they operate seven hotels across the country.

The staff always has a very warm treatment, and is located in a strategic location for the soul of Iquique, which is its sea and Cavancha beach. It has very good swimming pools and perfect housekeeping. The beds are very comfortable and the restaurant has a very good menu and flavors.

The food is also very good and its location is perfect to go out and enjoy the beach and its surroundings, the swimming pool terrace also deserves a 10/10 for its view from there.

The Hotel menu is great for a quick bite to eat as a business lunch. The bar is in a very nice place by the swimming pool. I recommend it 100% when visiting Iquique.
